Thanks you for the excellent service you provided while my vehicle was undergoing collision repair. Your timeline was reasonable and was completed as estimated. You also worked with Enterpriae to provide schedule delivery of a rental vehicle. All the staff I encountered were cordial and accommodating. What could be a big inconvenience was a pleasant experience. The quality of the repair was very excellent. My car has some years on it but I love it and take good care of it so needless to say, I was very upset when someone backed into it while parked. I’m very happy to have my beautiful car back again. Related to your recent collision repair that was done on my 2014 Buick Lacrosse , I am completely satisfied. My vehicle was hit while parked in a parking center. The waiting time for scheduling was reasonable, as was the time it took for the repair. The fender was replaced and the paint matched perfectly.
