Excellent service. I was contacted immediately after my claim was filed and approved. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, informative and pleasant. I was kept informed of the repair process daily. My car was ready in half the time than anticipated. Overall excellent customer service.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I was contacted by a staff member immediately after insurance company approved my claim and I was able to get my car in within a couple of hours. I was offered a ride home while my rental was being processed. I was contacted every day regarding the progress of the work and my vehicle was ready earlier than expected.
