My family have used Webster Auto Body from 3 generations and had always received superior results for all its repair work for auto damage. When I unfortunately got into a fender accident on a new car Webster Auto was my go-to to have them repair and restore my car to its newness. Adam Siegel assessed what needed to be done, booked my appointment that day and even called a rental car co for me. While the actual body work was done in a little over a week, the new electronics posed a problem but Adam sought out people to assess the diagnostics and returned my car both in appearance and operation back to the car’s newness. Adam is first class both in customer service, finding solutions that pose problems and returning a vehicle back to total working order. I heartily recommend Webster Auto Body.

The staff at Webster Auto Body are amazing (kudos to Joe and Travis) who are professionals in this field. They were able to work on a very complicated roof leak on my 2015 Ford Escape (without a sunroof). It began getting damp inside the interior roof on the front driver side when it rained. I drove it during a rainy day, and the problem was fixed. Thank you.

The absolute BEST!!! From my first call till the day I picked it up I was treated with kindness and compassion. Adam is an amazing young man (I wanted to ask if he was single to set him up with my oldest daughter lol) and a joy to deal with. I actually hugged him when I left (sorry about that!) I cannot speak highly enough about Webster auto Body. I’ve had to use their services a couple of times and I am impressed each time. They communicate clearly and punctually. They are transparent and meet the timelines they predict. My car always returns detailed and beautiful. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I will choose them every time.

The Webster team was great - I received a very reasonable quote, everyone I worked with was quick to respond to questions, the work was done on time, and the car looks like new
