I had dropped off my car on Tuesday and informed them that I needed it ready by Friday. They updated me on Thursday saying that the car would be ready by end of day Friday. They finished working on it hours before I expected!

I was promised updates during the time was car was there and I didn't receive any and when I called for an update, I was supposed to get a call back that didn't happen. Once I connected each interaction was helpful and pleasant.
