I recently brought my black 2021 Cadillac CT5 in to have certain areas of the car repainted and the guys at Webster Auto Body were awesome. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did a complete walk around with Johnathan and the paint job was as close to matching the rest of the original paint on the car. Very pleased! Their professionalism, dedication and most of all, commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. Total transparency and Jerry, Adam and Johnathan made the whole process as smooth as possible, even dealing with the insurance adjuster directly; thus saving me time and money. The one thing that stood out the most is they worked on my vehicle as if it was theirs. I highly recommend them and if you have any doubts as to whether or not this is a real customer, I am and have no affiliation whatsoever with the company or employees of Webster Auto Body. This is how a family and /or any other business should be operated. Great job👍

I was extremely satisfied with the auto body work. However I stressed that I needed the work complete inside of a week as I required use of my car on the weekend. I was assured multiple times that it would be. But it was not and communication that this was reality should have been better. They did do a beautiful job.

From the moment I first took my car in to Webster, I had the nicest and most helpful people assist me. And despite my repeated phone calls to ask about the readiness of my car (which was all the fault of the assessor and my insurance company), the person on the phone at Webster remained kind and helpful. I so appreciated the warm and generous attitude of everyone in the office.
