They were extremely communicative through the process letting me know what was going on and offering options based on how things were adding up cost wise. They adjusted on the fly based on that and the insurance coverage. Also my car was detailed when I picked it up! Talk about a great surprise!!!

Impressed with the quality, timeliness and level of communication both pre and post-repair. Had a semi-unrelated issue post-repair and brought it to them and they took full ownership of the problem and helping me think through how to address it - the issue turned out to be a non-issue ultimately, but was impressed at the level of ownership and willingness to help.
