The work on my rear bumper was performed well. Only issue was that a staff member had applied very adhesive silver tape to my front hood and tail light for a separate issue they spotted and never told me. I had to bring the car back to have them remove it--- I thought my car was vandalized and upon pick up was told that Webster forgot to remove the tape and thus there was no charge. Webster does great work so this issue was a but disturbing. . Hopefully there will be better follow through and communication if I return again.

Adam took the time to explain the entire process of replacing parts on my I use my car for work since I’m a nanny, and the interior of the vehicle had stains; they took care of removing them thoroughly.
