The people I dealt with at Webster Auto Body were professional, kept me appraised about the status of things with my car, and while I’ve only given it a quick look this evening because it was getting dark and snowing when I picked up the vehicle, as far as I could tell everything was repaired just as I hoped it would be. It was also very nice that someone took the time to clean the inside of the car given that what I brought it to the shop for was damage to the rear bumper.

Very nice and professional. I still have some concerns with a bump underneath my quarter panel that isn't present on the other side, but they assured me they would take another look if it ended up being rust-related. They said it was because of sealant under the quarter panel.
