The overall process took way longer than expected. The work order stated 6 days and the car was with them from June 15 until July 28 and then had to bring it back the following week for them to correct the spoiler, adjust the read camera and remove primer paint on the left exhaust tips.

Well, they had my car from morning of July 1 to afternoon of July 28, 2026. All I know is it looks better than before because visible damage had been repaired and painted. It's pretty again. I am assuming the repairs made internally are correct but I am not a mechanic so I do have to take their word for that.

Car return was delayed a number of times and I have to take it back in this week because my doors do not lock. Not happy!

People were polite on the phone, but told me a number of times that my car was ready, and when I would call so I could line up a ride to pick up my car, they told me it wouldn’t be ready.

I do not find any issues with the repair. My displeasure is in the way the staff follows on when they say they are going to. I was told multiple times that someone was going to get back to me and they didn't. I always had to make a call to check on status.

Zach and crew were very professional, accommodating, and sensitive (not once did anyone ask who was stupid enough to rip the mirror off the car while backing into the garage).
