I do not find any issues with the repair. My displeasure is in the way the staff follows on when they say they are going to. I was told multiple times that someone was going to get back to me and they didn't. I always had to make a call to check on status.

As stated, they staff didn't not follow up as they committed. If the Service Manager Ken wouldn't have gotten involved I would have rated this even lower.

I'm in awe of West Herr Collision. Zach and crew were very professional, accommodating, and sensitive (not once did anyone ask who was stupid enough to rip the mirror off the car while backing into the garage). It's a given that next time it happens the car will go to West Herr Collision. Thanks again for the wonderful service and keep up the great work!

Excellent experience, quick turnaround, knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent Customer service. My dent removal was even better than I was anticipating. I can’t find any trace of the dent!

Very pleased with work done except breaking my bug shield.. not happy with how long it took to complete truck... Not sure delay was completely shops fault

To be honest this has been the worst year for car claims I've ever had! I've had ridiculous luck- it's been crazy. But one thing that went right was using west herr for our repairs. Thank you guys for treating us so well, making an awful situation so much better, and fixing our cars back good as new! We are very impressed with your work, it's been consistently excellent. Although I love you all I hope to not see you for any car repairs anytime soon! maybe to say hi and grab a free coffee!!! but we will send our friends and family instead :)

My car was in a LITERAL tornado/freak hail storm...I did not think it would ever look the same, every part of my car was dented. BUT- there must be some kind of auto body Michelangelo working there because my car back to as good as new, every dent gone!!! The staff are so kind and helpful, I would really recommend them to anyone. My family won't be going anywhere else. I still can't believe what an amazing job they did, I'm so happy with the repair's. Thank you guys all so much you should be very proud of your work
