I had to call because they said my parts would be on Wednesday but by Saturday I didn't hear anything I had to leave a message for Brittany who was off the day I called she did not return my call ...I called again on the following day and left another message ...when she did not call back I called my car salesman who works for West Herr and he called her and said she would call me by the end of that day ...when she did not call again I called her ....I shouldn't have to chase them I mean how long does it take to return a call to a customer? I finally got my car in for repair a week later so my quote was on August 21st and my car was finally repaired by September 16th

Satisfied with West Herr Ford Collision but unsatisfied with Hertz rental they gave me a car that smells like something died in it I had to clean it out myself to get rid of the smell that's about it

Tannau cover not reinstalled correctly, leaks. Moulding and weatherstrip not reinstalled properly. Hail dent on hood not fixed. Interior windows smeared. 6 X 8 piece of black foam found in rear seat. Mileage in and out not correct, or 240 miles were put on the vehicle. Estimate was $1,700 and THREE days. Cost was $3,200 and took FIVE days. Very poor estimate of time and cost!
