Dan was amazing from day one. I am so grateful that she’s the person that picked up the phone the first day I called. Having your car stolen and completely damaged is one of the worst things that can happen. She was completely responsive on email, made sure to wait for me when I needed to drop the car off when I finally got my license back and has always sought out updates to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on. Everyone was lovely but genuinely couldn’t have gotten through without her.
