Chose you because I've used Gary Sweetman twice before and he is excellent to deal with. He's now apparently in a different role and I had to deal with numerous people about the car instead of just one. It took five days longer than I was promised most recently. Then there was no communication for a fair number of days. The auto-generated texts are virtually useless and annoying. And anlso we don't appreciate being told that we shouldn't give anything less than a 10 as a score. That being said, the car looks fine and your work continues to be good. So we were mostly satisfied, just pointing out the issues with communication.

I think there could be better coordination between the collision shop and the dealership. My truck was sent for a bumper radar alignment and was supposed to be returned for final preparation for pickup. The dealership called me for pickup after the alignment and there was still marker all over my vehicle. It didn’t tarnish the fact that the repair was done well and looked great.

Staff was awesome. My issue was the protracted amount of time (just under 30 days) to repair a lift gate damaged while parked.
