I feel process estimate is not professional as in cabinet waste of time cost money wasted my money wasted me rental money and I feel West Herr should pay for the rental they have to supplement on a car that was known to be close to a total is unprofessional they have to have two supplements and no way is this professional this is not an ordinary situation with a professional license assessor or estimator Then when I went into the shop to discuss what was taking so long and I felt like the manager was not being truthful and there’s no way that they should not of happened I feel West Harsha pay for my rental car

replacement mirror shell arrived unpainted ( unexpectedly?) resulting in a 4 hour job taking over one and a half days to complete

The techs did do a great job on the repair, but when I picked the vehicle up there’s were scratches on the hood and on the rear passenger door that wasn’t there before I brought it to be fixed. I took it back for the techs to fix that issue - they buffed it which only reduced the size of the scratches but in doing so, they chipped the paint. Im not sure why they are avoiding properly fixing the issue because no way they tech didn’t see that after they buffed it. Heck Stevie Wonder with Ray Charles influence would have seen that (for thoes who don’t know - both people are blind) cmon guys and you all know that we live in a state where salt is heavily used on the roads so where do you think the rust with start on my hood? In all honesty the thing that’s grinding my gears the most is that i know 100% that your techs are capable of better (per the bigger damage repair - it’s effin GREAT) - so why is it an issue for my hood to have that same treatment?

When I got home and was going to put my stuff In the back end/Trunk of my vehicle, I noticed the Trunk/back lift of my car will not open… i need someone to look at it…Can someone Please call Me at 716-983-8628 so i can bring it In again to have it looked at? Other than that.. everything else looks great and All the reps did a Wonderful job working with Me

I thought the repair work was excellent. I'm convinced that they did more to fix the problem than many other shops would have done. Very satisfied with my vehicle after the repairs were made.

I just wish there some kind of notification for when part orders are delayed. I know the delays are not the fault of West Herr, but even some kind of email notification stating a different expected service date, or unknown service date, would help.

Simply amazing. First time user. Pulled in with damaged vehicle. Dawn estimated damage and handled from there. Phenomenal customer service, something one rarely receives now a days.

Work is incomplete, additional parts are on order but unavailable at this time. The quality of the repair is excellent. The collision shop repair men made aesthetically minor repairs to the unavailable item that was unable to be replaced at this time.
