While having a mishap with a deer is not fun at all, my experience with West Herr Collision was a positive one. Dawn is a pro and very knowledgeable. She, and the others who worked with me were helpful, patient and understanding. The car looks great and although I haven’t driven it much yet, everything seems good.

My repair took 91 days to complete. I received it back without headlights. Damaged signal lights and a flashing Tpms alert on the dash. Sounds like all the body work is about to fall off while driving. A 8,000 dollar repair that has the vehicle sounding worst then before damages were repaired!

Service was great, people were attentive to my calls. Updates after drop off of vehicle On what is going on and what to expect would have been more reassuring. Overall, I would recommend this shop, my car looks brand new.
