I HAVE NOT HAD A VEHICLE IN FOR REPAIR. I have gotten several texts and emails this week regarding my recent service which I supposedly picked up last weekend. I have reported this to the manager at the Lockport location. This makes me uneasy about how my information is handled at WEST HERR or at least at WEST HERR COLLISION. Please look into this. I would appreciate feedback. Linda

Awful communication. Parts not readily available. A one week repair turned into over a month. Zero regard about customer cost of rental. Not forthcoming about damage extent until I showed up and asked to see my vehicle
