Shelby and Dawn at front desk were very professional and helpful. Overall great experience, they took care of other services needed through West Herr ahead of time and in addition to the collision services required, and also easily answered my questions about insurance claims. Updates were clear and no surprises, they gave an accurate outlook but still beat that schedule as much as possible. You’re in good hands at this shop.

the vehicle looked great with all the repairs. only issue I had was that there was a decent amount of tape residue left on the front fender and driver door. a small issue but other than that a great job was done! thank you again.
