Fantastic service. I had daily updates during the repair. Work was completed earlier than scheduled. My car was cleaned inside and out - it was like getting a brand new car. I've always purchased through West herr because of their customer service. I highly recommend West herr!

Everyone is expert regarding collision repair. They kept me informed and worked with my insurance company. The paint is excellent and color matched perfectly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need collision work.

Combination was horrible. App provided by westherr collision wasnt updated until 10 days after I picked up the vehicle. Why provide a tracking app if you dont update it. I received an email 10 days after I picked up my vehicle that it was done and ready for pick up.. the paint work was very good but communication bad
