The staff was polite, efficient, responsive and attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable, able to answer my questions and communicate about the work that needed to be done. I received updates along the week that kept me informed. Their service was prompt, efficient, and satisfactory.

the repairs were excellent and nice customer service - always took my calls and provided updates, negotiated with the insurance company and provided me with guidance on issues related to my 3rd party rental. However, after almost 7 weeks of my car sitting at the shop (perhaps with the window slightly open?), my car was returned to me with visible mold inside - so severe that I had to throw out my child's car seat. In addition one of the headlights was out, and tire pressure was so low it registered as a flat on my drive home.

Easiest experience I’ve ever had dealing with car issues. It was so fast and every step was communicated with me. They even cleaned the inside of my car when they were repairing the outside of my car. Only collision place I’ll use from here on out. Thanks!
