Moe at West Point Collision was very nice and made the experience easy. About the only thing was that the headlight was on backorder and made repair take longer. But the service itself was very good.

Mo was a pleasure to work with. He coordinated the estimates and repair work with our insurance very effectively and in a timely manner. His communication and responsiveness with us was excellent. Definitely will use West Point again for any future body work.

Everyone was polite and professional. More was very helpful when a hail storm damaged my vehicle while it was in the shop for repair. I had turned in my rental car before discovering my car was not driveable due to windshield damage. He called the rental service explained the situation and had a ride waiting for me before I finished reporting the damage to:my insurance company. I appreciated his help.
