My whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Nancy had great communication and keep me updated along the way. They are professional and answered all of my questions. The western Mass collision shop was friendly and attentive. However, my car was returned to me with other damage than what was the reason for the visit. There is a significant gauge in the rear quarter panel that was not there. The rubber stripping is falling off the drivers door and the drivers side passenger door gets stuck if the child lock isn’t pressed each time to open the door.
