My whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Nancy had great communication and keep me updated along the way. They are professional and answered all of my questions. My car was returned to me in perfect condition and cleaner than I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Western MA Collision.

The western Mass collision shop was friendly and attentive. However, my car was returned to me with other damage than what was the reason for the visit. There is a significant gauge in the rear quarter panel that was not there. The rubber stripping is falling off the drivers door and the drivers side passenger door gets stuck if the child lock isn’t pressed each time to open the door.

Western Mass Collision was fantastic with every aspect of the repair of my vehicle. The office was fantastic in regards to greeting me and keeping me informed about the progress of my vehicle. Andre explained what had to be done to my vehicle and it came out fantastic. Very, very good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

Andre, Nancy and the rest of his team were absolutely fantastic! From entering the door to completion of our Sienna they were nothing but professional and considerate. Nancy even coordinated a rental car for us! I received appreciative updates as to the progress of repair. Upon completion Andre not only presented our beautifully repaired Sienna but took the time to explain and show me our finished product with patience. It was quite obvious our van was in great hands.
