Excellent customer service. I was kept updated on repairs and the communication was awesome. When I picked up my car I was highly impressed I almost didn’t recognize it they not only repaired/replaced the front bumper but they washed my car and had it looking like a new car!

I was very happy with the services I received and how easy it was from getting the appraisal to getting and returning the rental car. I was kept updated by text of any delays or changes to the plan and they even washed and vacuumed my car! The office staff was great too! I would definitely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

I found the process from appraisal to pick up absolutely wonderful. The staff were all pleasant. The ability to “one stop shop” was great. They kept me informed every step of the way. The car was ready on time and the repair is flawless. They even washed and vacuumed out the car! Likewise, the rental experience was fabulous. I have already recommended them to a friend in need.
