Western MA Collision was is excellent. They kept me informed, about progress on my repair. They did an amazing job with the actual repair and were very helpful along the way with referring me for rental car , to helping with putting carseats back in. Impressive business!!

Western Mass Collision was absolutely terrific in all regards during my van repair. They kept us notified in regards to the progress of our van and on the day of completion even stayed past closing so we could pick our van up after work. We are very appreciative of Western Mass Collision for both the beautiful repair work on our van as well as their customer service. They even cleaned and vacuumed out the inside of our van!!!!!! Absolutely, 100% satisfied with their work and service. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We are very, very satisfied.
