Our shop employs a staff of seven auto body technicians and performs a volume of thirty plus cars per month. Some of our employees are bi-lingual, having Spanish as a second language. The location of our shop is extremely accessible as it is close to the main highways, allowing for easy-on/easy-off convenience, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car is a block away. We are I_CAR and ASE certified. Our shop consists of all state of the art equipment, including spray booth with R-M Onyx HD waterborne painting system, three frame machines and UMS measuring system. We have an “old-school” work ethic and believe in providing customers with quality service and personal attention. We look forward to an opportunity to meet with you and have you visit our shop. after weeks of waiting on my car and constantly calling to check if its ready, no one communicated to me that it was not drivable. No one communicated to me that the steering leak problem wouldn't be covered in the repair. I wished I knew that because I wouldn't repair the body of the car for that price!!! I was given a quote for less than half of their charge. Then after they finish the body work, they called to inform me the my car was ready. It was after I got to the repair shop that they asked me where I wanted the car towed. Thats ridiculously unprofessional and unacceptable. I am furious!!!

I CALLED THE CELL # AND SPOKE TO SCOTT AN D HE ASSISTED ME BY SEEING ME THE NEXT DAY AFTER CALLING HIM, & ALSO ASSITED BY GIVING ME A RIDE HOM AND ALSO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY IN HELPING ME CONTACT SOMEONE TO JUNK A CAR THAT I NEEDED TO REMOVE FROM THE PROPERTY WHERE I LIVE, AND JUST FELT THAT sCOTT AND THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WERE VERY COUTEEOUS AND PROFESIONAL AND CAR WAS REPAIRED IN TIMELY FASHION. ALSO WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS FOR AUTOBODY REPAIR buiseness.
