Jose (or whatever his name was—the gentleman I dealt with in the body shop) was extremely rude. He lied to me and even yelled at me over the phone. That type of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The only reason I’m giving a 6 instead of a 1 is because the gentleman who was there first thing in the morning treated me with respect, was courteous and professional, and my car came out looking great. His excellent customer service and the quality of the repair significantly improved what was otherwise a very negative experience.

Staff is very communicative, very efficient, very friendly respectful employees… I’ve had my car fixed at multiple dealerships and have never had this good of an experience. The employees were always bright eyed bushy tailed eager to help. I got my car back within a week and a half, which never happens. It’s always at least a month. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience.

Communication was good until the shop manager got sick. Communication fell apart and I ended up giving enterprise the wrong info/dayes. Now they say I owe them more money. I don’t like the texting, it’s better to talk to a live person.

Everything looks great, good fit on replaced parts. Door repair is very well done, can not tell service was done. Front bumper air bypass vent was the only issue, was painted white when it should have been black. Second trip resolved issue.
