The body shop at Westside Chevrolet exhibited nothing but pure professionalism and perfection from the moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I picked up my vehicle when it was repaired. The staff is very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job communicating to me the status throughout the entire repair process. I truly appreciate the ease of my experience. Just amazing!!!

Service Department is the worse I’ve ever encountered. They kept my car for two months over a simple axel and tie rod repair. I believe since insurance was paying for it, they took advantage and kept sending supplements for more money. Even if that wasn’t the case, their customer service is poor quality. They are rude and lazy. I’ve noticed this in the past when I took the car in for oil changes. They are very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I will never return.

The cost initially quoted was over 100% wrong… It cost more twice as much to fix what was advised - simple an error. It was nice that it was advised and admitted, but it left no options to seek alternatives. There wasn’t been an offer to help in some fiscal way?! Just a “shoulder shrug”…

The bumper looked great. But the rearview camera does not work now and the dashboard says my high beams are on when they are not. When I press the button to turn them off , it turns them on.

Could do an enormously better job adapting the heavily detailed (“car speak”) repair estimate/bill into lay person language… Even the fellow checking me out who works there had literally no idea what the bill was in any way to explain it to me… Just a “C-“ bill for what appears to be great actual repair work…
