The first time I picked up my car, it was not cleaned or washed. I had to take my car back for a second time because there was an area that was missed and was not repainted. Over all I the process was smooth except for having to take it back.

Overall I am satisfied with the work they did. The paint looks great, you can’t tell my car was in an accident. When I took my car home, I looked around and it was not washed or cleaned. I had to take it back because they missed a spot on the hood that needed painting. The second time I got it back they do wash and clean the car.

Car still not fixed and gave it back with it mostly repaired. Body shop still waiting for parts that will hopefully come in by July. It’s not that it took 30 days to get car back, it’s the lack of communication during the entire time. I was constantly calling for updates and leaving messages with no return calls. The Carwise app was never updated properly and gave me incorrect status.

The ladies in the front reception at the body shop could have a better attitude and be more informative but I am pleased with the repairs on the truck. Mike was super kind, detailed and informative throughout the process. My truck was ready before the expected date and I was grateful for that. Chevy gang always, thank you Westside Cheverolet.
