Javier was absolutely fabulous to work with. He kept me up to date and answered all questions. Great partner!!! Jasmine was always friendly and helpful when I walked in or spoke to her on the phone. Enjoyed working with her!! I gave an "7" because I had to return and leave my car AGAIN because the sensor was not calibrated so a message stayed on my dash constantly. The repair shop once again did not do a complete and thorough job like last time. It seems it takes multiple times to correctly repair an issue with the repair shop. Also found a piece of trim bend and waving at me when I picked up my car. I definatly did not leave it with an issue!! Amazing that no one saw a piece of silver trim waving at them on the passenger side door.
