I am very pleased with the body work done on my car. No trace of hail dents. Amazing. Westside Collision only had my car 7 days. I will never use any other body but Westside Collision again. Great customer service and communication. I received quality work, fast, and without having to deal with my insurance company . Incredible customer experience. Silvia is the top of the top. She knows exactly how to make sure you are taking care of from Westside, your insurance company and rental car. Once I got Silvia on the email chain with my insurance the whole process became simple and easy. She knows the process inside and out and will take the time to walk you through the steps. (No matter how many questions.. Sorry bout that) The work/repair done is unmatched for around here.(couldn’t even tell the car was damaged and worked on) the paint, the finish and the underlay is crazy good. The shop works with your insurance company and makes it streamline, so you are not having to be the middle person. I told my insurance company I will always use Westside in Bentonville cause they make this process simple, easy, work hard to make sure you understand everything and keeps you updated weekly on status. The warranty on the work that is done is just another great reminder of the quality and professionalism Westside has. As someone who has been rear-ended twice in the last three months and used Westside both times, there is no doubt I will 100% be using Westside if we unfortunately get hit again.
