They got the work done quicker then expected, which was great! They communicated very well throughout the process. Only complaint I have was there were a few spots on the front bumper that did not get clipped in correctly that I did not notice until we got it home. It was easy enough for me to snap the pieces in correctly, so no big deal.

Never ever has a Collision Center been so friendly and organized as Caliber Collision Center in Bentonville Arkansas. From keeping us up to date and informed on our truck repair to the convenience of the rental procedures carried out at the Caliber Collision Center Site. Friendly, Professional, and most organized business I've ever delt with. Thanks again Phillip for the professionalism you showed in the thousand questions I threw at you. Oh and the repairs were beyond satisfactory!

Absolutely insane the turn around time with these guys. Have a brand new 2026 Santa Fe that took some major damage from a buck. Wasn’t two weeks until the whole process was complete even with ordering these new parts. 12/10 would recommend using these guys!!! Communication was also top tier.
