I had an outstanding experience with this Caliber Collision. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making the repair process as easy as possible. Debbie provided friendly, responsive customer service and was always easy to reach whenever I had questions. Matt was attentive and thorough with the repairs, and the quality of the work on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. My car looks fantastic! What really set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. Since I didn't have rental coverage, they arranged to pick me up and drop me off every time I needed transportation. That level of customer care made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing collision repairs. Excellent workmanship and exceptional service!

I am extremely pleased with the work Caliber did on my car. The damage was repaired perfectly, and it was completed in just a few days (I was expecting 2-3 weeks). Everyday I received a text to let me know the progress. The car was returned clean inside and out, and I was able to return the rental car to then, so I didn’t have to bring along another person to drive the car back to Enterprise.

I would give my overall service experience 8/10. It’s typically a 10 out of 10 however, this time I wanted to reserve the opportunity to remind the awesome team here in Fayetteville to always do a full inspection of the area that is being repaired to eliminate wasting any time on repair services for costomer and their team. This is my second visit with caliber one. The first time was wonderful, which is what brought me back a second time they have excellent communication and customer service. A smooth check-in and checkout process. This particularvisit, I had to return the vehicle after initially picking it up from their completed job. At pick up I discovered at the door was altered, and the latch would not allow for a smooth close without almost aiming the door with all your light and still would close smoothly sometimes . I did bring it to the team’s attention (Matt) and express that I would like them to complete the repairs on it and fix it. Matt, who I see whenever I’m receiving service at Calliber added a spray oil lubricant to try to help the issue, which did not fix the issue at the time, thankfully he did guarantee me that if it did not get better or change that was free to come back and assess / fix the issue. This was last Thursday and they fix the issue following monday(today) . Moving forward, it would’ve been helpful to do a full assessment on the area of damage priori to and after to ensure that everything on the vehicle works properly in the area of where Repair services are being performed. Especially On a Mercedes G wagon, if there was impact of any sort to cause damage on the exterior of the trunk, it would only make sense to test the trunk closure to ensure that everything works smoothly. I could be wrong, but that is just my opinion based on the fact that that was the exact area that I repaired the last time. All in all, I’m grateful for the team and their willingness to fix the issue and provide great costomer service. I was charged for the hour that it took to repair and hopefully next time I could avoid paying the additional fee if more of a thorough assessment is performed. Thank you for taking the time to read this and improve Customer Service. I will certainly be back should anymore vehicle repair services be needed, and I will certainly recommend Calliber Collision Of Fayetteville for anyone in need based on the Customer Service that I’ve received thus far. Thank you .
