The communication throughout the repair process was unbelievable, with frequent clear and transparent updates. The staff were also very personable in all interactions. The repair work appears well done. Westside was highly recommended to us, and we will now do the same to others in the event of future need of collision services.

I'm very pleased with the result of the repair thus far, as well as the amazing communication that was provided throughout the entire process. The quality of the repair will certainly take time to assess in terms of its longevity and the quality of the paint job over time, but as of now, I am very satisfied and will recommend Westside Collision highly as it was recommended to me.

As mentioned above, the communication throughout the entire process was incredible. I greatly appreciated the updates multiple times per week, as well as the communication when it was going to be done one day after initially estimated due to the alignment at the the Ford dealer taking longer.

Awful place, Awful Manager (BRIAN) MY family and I will never never do business with that Awful place. Just Imagine Brian wanted to hit me because I asked Him why he didn't fix my car, before he starring working on my Toyota he asked me for $1,200 cash out of my pocket, and I told him NO. THAT'S WHY HE DID AN AWFUL WORK. I ALREADY TALKED TO MY ATTORNEY AND WE ARE TAKING THE CAR TO A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP TO FINISH WHAT HE DIDN'T DO WHEN I PICK UP MY TOYOTA HE CALLED ME NASTY NAMES, WHEN WE WERE OUTSIDE, THEN HE TOLD NOT TO COMEBACK TO HIS PLACE OR HE WILL BRAKE MY NOSE. I CAN'T BELIEVE HIS IN CHARGE OF THAT PLACE, WELL YOU JUST LOST A BUNCH OF FUTURE CUSTOMERS.
