The body work was excellent. I discovered the bottom raditor clamp had not been reinstalled and the radiator fan had not been reconnected. This cause all the coolest to drain out of the radiator in a parking lot severalmiles away for the repair shop after it was packed up

We were asked to drop the car off Monday, October 28, at 10:00. My car didn’t get looked at until Monday, November 4. So on the 8 th day of a rental car, my car was inspected. I’m thrilled you are doing so well, but I’m out 19 days for a rental car. I have always used another collision conpany, but they recently sold. This was an experience I will financially not be able to forget.

Not a good repair experience. There are some minor surface (paint) blemishes which was done while the car was being repaired. Lines do not match up that well on the repaired area. The car was kept for two weeks and I feel because of the delays it was more than likely rushed out just to get it finished and attention to detail was overlooked in my opinion.
