I was very impressed from start to finish. Within minutes of filing my claim with insurance, Westside reached out to me to arrange repairs. I got my vehicle into the shop a lot quicker than I expected and it was fully repaired sooner expected. Considering the damage, I thought I’d be able to see where the vehicle was repaired BUT it looks flawless. It’s impossible to set detect that it was ever damaged. Seriously. All of the panel gaps are perfectly realigned and there is NO sign of previous damage. Exceptional service!

My windshield has over spray on it. I can see scrape marks, like they tried to clean it off but never finished. I found a razor blade on the edge of the hood, they left behind.

The work order indicated that the door was replaced but some stains that were on the door when I dropped it off are still there. In addition, in the exact location of the damage that was supposedly "replaced" is some waving/texture on the outside of the door - as if it was repaired, rather than replaced.
