The repairs were completed properly & to great standards but the responsibility for the inconvenience of having to return was not recognized or compensated.

We were notified the truck was ready, we made transportation arrangements to pickup the truck. After leaving the shop, we got a call stating the work on the truck wasn’t actually completed yet. We had to wait 2 extra days for the shop to be able to get us in to finish the work that was not completed originally. This required another 45 minutes of driving 1-way & sitting there at the shop (with a sick grandchild) waiting for 1.5 hours while the repairs were completed. Then another 45 minutes of drive time back home. This is 3 hours of my time & gasoline that was uncalled for.

Everything looks good. Although I have noticed that the headlight replaced is now a different color, so now I have 2 different color headlights. And I have noticed a clicking that seems to be coming from the engine fan.
