New truck got backed into leaving a dent. Westside collision fixed the dent. Had a direct line to State Farm to handle the other drivers insurance claim so I didn’t have to do much. Truck was repaired in a week and a half and looked brand new again when I picked it up. Even cleaned and tires shined. All parts were OEM and it looks like the truck was never hit.

Amazing customer service! They were so fast to get me helped out the same day I got into an accident and made sure I had proper updates on my vehicle every week. Greatest customer service I’ve ever had and quickest car fix ever! Thank you all so much for the amazing help!

Christian and Stephanie were very helpful through the whole process. I was kept updated on my cars progress. Everything was explained to me when I picked my car up. I will recommend Westside to anyone needing bodywork done! I just hope I don’t need them again. lol Missed Stacey being there.

I was greeted as an important customer to them. I was treated nicely. I was kept in the loop with regular updates and everything I asked for was addressed. I came to pick up my car and it was detailed. Very good experience. Although I hope I don't have to, I would definitely use their shop again

The wrong grill was put on my truck. Now again it must go back in when it arrives. This is a bad oversight by the person overseeing the repairs.
