While I understand the benefits that surveys provide, I do wish that my email and phone didn’t basically force me to do so in order to be left alone about it. Most people will write reviews on their own if the service was exceptional or if the service was terrible. I do not like to be bombarded with constant requests for a survey no matter how short. It goes from being something that I would do on my own free will to being something that is a forced chore.

My wife has been raving about how great the black parts of the car look. And she noticed that the vehicle had been washed. But the black plastic moldings looked like they had been treated. It looks like a new car!

There was trash & dust from the repair work, left in the back of the truck, that we had to cleanup. We also are in Houston & found the hood will not open. It is difficult to check the fluids with a hood that will not open. We are frustrated since this was not our previous experience.
