Very professional and courteous. The job was completed on time. The receptionist was outstanding. She helped me with all the necessary paperwork and others items including taking my calls on updates. White Eagle Auto is disingenuous when technician informing denied work on my car without a written request to insurance company. When transferred to upper management they disconnected the call. After I called back the manager was disrespectful and dismissive toward me saying he had other customers and to hurry up. Unexpected and unprofessional as I am the customer whose vehicle they were working on on through the insurance company. The manager went as far as to hang up the phone. They never got my car fixed even after being it back a second time for them to correct their work. I would Never recommend anyone go to White Eagle for Work or claim through the insurance company!
