I was not satisfied with the work that was done on the car. The paint job was excellent. but body parts fitting subpar.

They put parts on my car that didn't fit properly. They didn't check to make sure the parts fit perfectly before painting. What I can't understand is that they felt it was ok to leave the car like that. Also, they didn't replace the black plastic plugs that go in the headlights or inside the doors, I had tp purchase those on my own when the insurance company paid for that. They front trunk hood is not level at the top the gap is wider on one side compared to the other. My window switch went out, I bought all 3 to replace and they put them in, after they put them in my power door locks and window switches didn't work again. I came to White Eagle because they had down work before for me but this time it was subpar quality especially for a car whose valuation is over $100,000.

Excellent service,. Staff interaction with customer was very good. Personable, accommodating, , knowledgeable, helpful, went out of their way to help me with transportation. I recommended White Eagle Auto Repair to my insurance agent as a go to place for service.
