I was told multiple times my car would be done on a certain date. I took time off of work and made arrangements for a ride then I call and it's pushed out. This happened multiple times and was unnecessarily inconvenient for me. If there is a possibility of a delay just say that. I think they did quality work and I appreciated how clean my car was when it was returned. Just do a better job setting expectations with your customers.
