My first experience with the shop was exactly as expected. This second experience due to the amount of time required and taken to do the repairs I was not as pleased. But I would still try to use this shop again.

I am happy with the work that was done, but not in the time it was completed. When I scheduled my car repairs, I scheduled it months out and specifically asked if the work could be done and would be done in a two week. Period while I was out of town. It did not seem like the work began until well into that two week. And my car was in the shop for four weeks. This was not as expected based off of the conversation I had when I scheduled my car to come in. Had this been the case I would have requested a rental from my insurance.
