Well, I am completely satisfied with the initial repairs, I am disappointed by the handling of an additional repair. I was quoted one price and didn’t charge your higher amount due to unforeseen complications. As a local customer for five years, I believe I should’ve been notified and approved. Any price increase before the additional work was done. While we acknowledge the error and apologize, and a 10% discount was applied by the young lady, I feel strongly that the company bears to responsibly for assuring, accurate, initial quotes for providing timely notification of changes, especially to long-standing customers like myself. The lack of communication in this instance was disheartening.
