repair time estimates should be more realistic (conservative?)

whereas the repair work was completed very satisfactorily, the the estiamted completion date was missed by 5 days (approx twice the length originally estimated). i always thought that this original estimate was very optimistic. i appreciate that the interior of the truck was cleaned after the repair.
