Whites auto repair shop in Independence is absolutely hands down the easiest and most convenient. From doing the inspection, scheduling, repairs, and pickup it was all smooth. Melanie is a very good communicator. She explained everything, kept me updated, and had everything ready so I was in and out in minutes. Melanie also scheduled a rental car for me and had it waiting. I didn’t have to spend time on the phone with the insurance company or the rental company. Whites collision is excellent and I highly recommend them.
