I’m very pleased with the repair work done and the paint job done on my car. The only complaint I have is that they promised they would fill up my tank as it was after driving it to Dallas, OR and back to do the repairs, from Lebanon, OR and they did not. There was only about a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it when I picked it up even though they sure did make sure I filled up the loaner car they provided me. I wouldn’t mind but with the price of gas these days and the cost of my repairs it would have been nice to not have to fill up my tank also.

The Work seems to be fantastic, you did it incredibly quick, especially compared to your competition, which is Caliber? I don’t know how they’re rated slightly higher than you. But anyway, most of all Macy was the sweetest most friendly that I could’ve possibly expected. And she alone holds up your business for repeat business and she is the pinnacle of what customer service and kindness should look like, especially in today’s age. Everything went perfectly. The staff were very open and friendly, and answered all of my questions. The work was done in less time than expected. It was also incredibly convenient that they were able to arrange a rental car at White’s collision for me to pick up when leaving my car off. They cleaned my car before returning it, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
