We are conveniently located in Charlotte, NC at the Williams Subaru dealership at the corner of E. Independence Blvd and Idlewilde Rd. Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. We repair all makes and models and work with all insurance companies throughout the entire repair process. Excellent customer satisfaction is our top priority and achieved through quality repairs and dependable updates; keeping you informed throughout every step of the process. The shop is an I-Car Gold Class Shop, which means our technicians and staff have taken many hours of additional training not required in the industry to ensure quality repairs to your vehicle. My Experience

From start to finish this was an extremely pleasant process. I have been burned by Caliber Collision on more than one occasion. At Williams, I was never left wondering the status of my repair, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the turnaround was extremely reasonable. I will be recommending Williams to anyone looking for a body shop. Marie at the front desk is fantastic!
