Hi, this is Elizabeth Schultz the Subaru owner! I’m assuming this is coming up with my husband‘s name because of how our names are listed on our insurance. Frustrating! As always, I had a wonderful experience with Williams collision! Sadly, I’ve had two things happen to my car that were not my fault in each time Williams collision made the whole process so easy and uplifting, considering the circumstances! I’m so grateful for everyone at Williams Subaru for treating me like a part of the family! Marie Proctor and Mike Fletcher were both so kind and professional and amazing! Thank you to all who help put my Subaru back together!

I am totally satisfied with the high quality and the professionalism I received from my first visit until the pick up of my vehicle after the repairs were completed. I appreciate that the car was immaculate inside and out. Even the trunk was vacuumed. I have peace of mind that there is a lifetime warranty on the repairs.

You wouldn’t know that there was damage to the left front of my car. The paint job is seamless. Beautiful work. I would highly recommend Williams to anyone. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for restoring my car back to its original condition after the accident.
