I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. Items were removed from my vehicle, and if I had not called to ask about them, they would not have been returned to me. Additionally, I was notified that my vehicle was complete, but when I arrived, it was clear that the repairs had not actually been finished. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to others. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk had a very rude and dismissive attitude, which only added to my disappointment.
