I was disappointed to find out that a non-OEM/aftermarket part was installed on my vehicle instead of an original Volkswagen part. I was not informed or asked for approval beforehand. I would like Caliber Collision to review this situation and explain why a non-original part was used, and what can be done to correct it.

John took care of my car repair. He communicated with me all through the process and explained to me what was being done and the status of completion. When I picked up my car, it showed low tire pressure and John directed me to the back and inflated all four tires for me because he heard I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure I was safe with my family on the road. Caliber Collision is clearly the repair specialists that you want to use in time of repairs. Thank you John. You, your team and the receptionist at the front desk are awesome.

The team did a great job with the repairs to my vehicle. It did take a lot longer than initially planned and I would have liked more communication updates however, the repairs are finished and the car looks great!!

We are very satisfied with the work done on our VW. John kept us informed on the progress. He went over everything and did more than expected. I would recommend using your location. The front desk lady was very professional. I had to change my original appointment and she was so accommodating. I dont recall her name but I was impressed.
