Our locally owned company has been in the industry since 1937 proudly serving the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. I don’t think cause like i say for the job they have to work on they have a busness the priority is money but if don’t have customers how you gonna do this money so the satisfaction of the customer is the same with the money they have to work on that

I think busness is busness so money is the first thing for some people like Williams but when you got a busness one person can gove you another person who can give you another one so you need to do a way when you do the money do a way to satisfy the customer too! I think williams can do a good job on repairs but money is the only priority work on it!!!

I have used their shop before when my car and truck were damaged by teenage driver in my yard. They were great as usual. Also had to have engine problem fixed short after I bought my 2021 Subaru. Also great. Much prefer Williams which is on opposite side of Charlotte because they have been great at repairs and customer service. Will always request Williams for repairs either body work or other Millie White.
